Yet, another day that is surely marked by most Filipinos to watch and wait for the fight of The People's Champ or Pambansang Kamao, just a few names given to the No. 1 pound-for-pound best boxer of the world and the Fighter of the Decade, Manny Pacquiao.
A usual scene in a bar when Pacquiao is on fight. Surely, Filipinos will flock to the cinemas, restaurants and hotels, in their homes and in every community and streets in the Philippines and around the world to cheer for the boxing hero.

iPhone 4S: Apple Without Steve Jobs
Apple finally broke the news of its launching of the new iPhone, iPhone 4S. As soon as it was known to the public, networking sites Facebook and Twitter was all trending about it. And they wanted more and expected a lot but the biggest question yet is, What happened to iPhone5? A lot was in dismay. Even the movement of stocks went to a slight decrease.
Well, I say it is still the most amazing iPhone yet, same as their tagline goes.
Also, for faster launching of apps, navigation on the web, gaming and just about everything, iPhone 4S have doubled the performance and graphics by using the Dual-core A5 chip, same with the iPad's processor. Is it really fun for our sense of touch if it would be more quick and more responsive, a big YES. And talk about battery, it is more efficient too.
The camera is 8 megapixels and 1080p for HD video recording.Woot, aren't you full yet? Well, as a trying hard photographer, this is all I ever wanted. And it's all in this phone.Deym.
There's over 200 new features for the iOS 5 and I wouldn't enumerate all those things here right, you can start working with your fingers because it was designed for it. One more thing, you don't have to worry about your music, photos, documents and all your contents because it is now on iCloud and pushes in all your device over Wi-Fi.
So what's disappointing? I was thinking maybe the others who were not happy with the iPhone 4S, might have expected a thinner and bigger screen as for the look or even just because of the name iPhone 5 that should have been released.
Right after the day the iPhone 4S was introduced to the world with Tim Cook as the new chief executive, Steve Jobs, the father and founder of the most valued technology company Apple have left us with a remarkable life. The day the world shared their words with the letter "i". iMourn. iSad. iThankYou.
It was just a few months back when he went down as CEO and gave his position to Tim Cook. It's as if, he just made sure everything is buttoned up to his family, his people and the world before he finally signed off like what he have shared in his speech in Stanford University.
This guy has made amazing inventions in this world of digital technology. His legacy will forever remain in each one of us and it's up on us to "stay hungry, stay foolish" for the rest of our lives.
Sir Jobs, Thank You!!!

It is the very reason that iPhone 4S have yet introduced another technology, Siri, that can be used to send messages, set reminders, search for information and so much more possibilities via your voice. It's like you're talking with someone who knows everything what he's doing. How cool is that? Maybe Siri knows the answer.

RIP Steve Jobs: Visionary and Genius
"...Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life’s change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true.
Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary." - Steve Jobs

Manny Pacquiao is Highest Paid Athlete
After winning the fight from American boxer, Mosley. Manny Pacquiao has been listed in Asia's 10 richest athletes by Yahoo Singapore Finance.
The Fighter of the Decade is worth a whooping $38 million for the year 2010 alone having two fights along with his acting and singing career.
For me, I am not really fond of boxing but when I hear about Pacquiao, well this gotta be a one hell of a holiday when every fight he has is watched by most Filipinos in the Philippines and all around the world.
Manny Pacquaio really makes every Filipino proud. From his humble beginnings to where he is now, he really deserve it and its worth all his hard work and love for his countrymen.

Egypt freedom has been served
Today marks another history not only for the Egyptians but also throughout the world as they rejoice and have all witnessed the power of the people.
After almost three decades, finally Hosni Mubarak steps down his post as President of Egypt transferring the authority to the Armed Forces. Challenged by his prolonged term with 18 days protests, he resigned, Vice President Omar Suleiman announced.
It’s all over (freedom have been served) and yes it’s all over the net. As I browse through the web from CNN to BBC, to Huffington Post and Yahoo, pictured the joys of Egypt, freedom and the world. Even to microblogging sites top trending is Congrats Egypt and Renunció Mubarak.
Well, as for me, it felt like I have witnessed another Edsa Revolution, our very own restoration of our democracy against President Marcos back in 1986. It is a great feeling when you see people unite for the common good. My heart felt so much happiness and joys for the people of Egypt and so I say.
Go now, Egypt. Fly your wings. You are Free! You Are Free!

Carrie by Europe
Too much love will kill you by Queen
After having won the highest votes, he gets home with two million pesos.

Al Gore and Oskar Schindler
Yes, I just recently viewed these films on earlier posts.
[1] An Inconvenient Truth
[2] Schindler's List
'An Inconvenient Truth' was recommended by one of my colleagues last year, but only this long weekend that I entered the video shop once again and accidentally bump into the CDs ON SALE at National Bookstore. Actually, I bought 3 CDs (1) An Inconvenient Truth (2) Pursuit of Happyness (3) Life or Something Like It. I've already watch the other two, but you see, I bought them because I like them. And those I really wanted, are on my buy list. I believe they are worth that's why I don't really support CD piracy. It's a crime. Though I really collect CDs.
Schindler's List, I've known this for a long time and I did have a copy of this since then, but it just stucked up in my cabinet. Anyways I don't wanna go on to further details.I just wanna highlight this post with this two men, Al Gore and Oskar Schindler.
Al Gore as we all know, was the Democratic nominee for president in the 2000 election but settled in favor of George W. Bush by the Supreme Court. Though there was a loss in his political career, he continued his quest and strucked the world with an eye-opening and compelling view of the future of our planet - and our civilization. And because of this, he shares the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change "for their efforts to build up and disseminate greater knowledge about man-made climate change, and to lay the foundations for the measures that are needed to counteract such change. Nothing more to say. Truly his film 'an inconvenient truth' is important and a wake-up call. Go get some friends and share it.
Oskar Schindler credited with saving almost 1,200 Jews during the Holocaust, by having them work in his enamelware and ammunitions factories located in Poland and what is now the Czech Republic. In the end (Schindler's List), he still had guilt feelings because he could have saved more people if he had traded back his luxury car and his gold-plated pin. He had done everything he can, the list he had was LIFE and that act he did is so honoured.
What do this two have in common? Well, they both changed their ways and made a BIG DIFFERENCE in their own passion to their generation.
I start to think how could I make a difference too, I believe I was given unique ways for that - it's just in me to find out and use it. We do have our own little ways 'coz we've been made for it.
