Million Dollar Baby is an Academy Award winning 2004 dramatic film directed by Clint Eastwood.

The film stars Clint Eastwood, Hilary Swank, and Morgan Freeman. It is the story of an under-appreciated boxing trainer, his elusive past and his quest for atonement in helping an underdog amateur female boxer (the film's title character) achieve her fragile dream of becoming a professional. The film won four Academy Awards that includes Best Picture.

This knocked me out. From the start of the movie, I've seen how she felt like a nobody but wanting to pursue a dream. She did attain that dream with all her focus, determination and hardwork. It was sad and remarkable. But moreso, I was so depressed on what happened to her. I should have fought for her if I was there, naks! kasi naman eh.. she had a big fight but she was cheated by another female boxer, a dirty one which caused her disability and soon to face her death. In the end, Maggie (Swank) confides to Dunn (Eastwood) that she has 'seen it all' and asks to be relieved of suffering (waahhh, its mercy killing). That dirty boxer was so inhuman, I hated her. Grrrr....kainis..

The movie was highly impressive and outstanding.
